To achieve a plumbing NVQ Level 3 you will first need to successfully complete the City & Guilds 6129-03 Level 3 Technical Certificate.

The NVQ level 3 plumbing course will focus mainly on a series of heating system design projects requiring you to calculate specific material needs and costs as well as estimating labour requirements resulting in a professional customer quotation.
Having achieved the City & Guilds Level 3 Technical Certificate you will then need to demonstrate a further series of site based competencies at a more complex level of understanding e.g. fault finding on a heating system.

Important Note: We only offer options for Plumbing NVQ Level 3 to students who have completed our Professional Plumber Course PPC2 or PPC3. Participants on any of the Plumbing NVQ options must also be actively working as plumbers.
